I began my culinary journey at the age of six, which sparked my passion for astronomy as well. For over ten years, I have immersed myself in the food industry, gaining valuable experiences at each restaurant I’ve been a part of. Rather than simply replicating their recipes, I’ve drawn inspiration to create my own dishes, weaving in elements of my culture throughout the knowledge I've acquired over the years.
